7. Shipping & Delivery

Kabir Overseas shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after dispatch.

8. Inspection at Delivery

In case of visible transit damage, shortage or any issue with the shipment, the customer should contact Kabir Overseas as soon as possible and provide relevant photographs/videos and order details.

9. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be considered only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Bulk, customized or specially prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.

10. Return & Refund Policy

At present, Kabir Overseas does not offer a general return or refund policy.

Any exception, replacement or resolution shall be considered only on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by Kabir Overseas in writing.

Customized products, specially prepared products or products supplied against confirmed specifications may not be eligible for return or refund.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.

11. Product Warranty / Guarantee

Where a product carries a specific warranty or guarantee from Kabir Overseas or the manufacturer, the applicable warranty terms will be communicated with the product or order.

Warranty claims, where applicable, may require proof of purchase, product details, photographs/videos or other supporting information.

Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, improper storage or normal wear and tear.

12. Customization

For products that can be customized according to customer requirements:

Specifications must be confirmed before production.
Customized orders may require advance payment.
Once production or processing has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Customized products may not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, brand names, product descriptions, images, graphics, text, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kabir Overseas or the relevant rights holder.
